At Hull KR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to the Fan Experience Store at Sewell Group Craven Park using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 7-10 working days.
